Job Summary

Job Description: Bluespirit a leading airline company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. We are hiring both male and female candidates for our location in Bhubaneswar Odisha India. As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling as well as answering any questions and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures - Ensure all passengers have valid travel documents - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft - Handle and transport baggage to and from the aircraft - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Handle any unexpected situations such as flight delays or cancellations with professionalism and efficiency - Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Minimum 18 years of age - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus but not required If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong attention to detail we would love to have you join our team at Bluespirit.
