Job DescriptionThe Director of Growth is responsible for selling to the largest Health Plans and Senior Living markets. This role is accountable for quickly identifying opportunities for driving scaled revenue growth. The Director of Growth will be responsible for landing new partnerships with industry leading clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health plan sales exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Director of Growth brings a long list of C-Suite and leadership relationships of large national Health Plans and Senior Living Operators that will accelerate BBYH deals time to close. This leader will anticipate market trends and detail plans for BBYH to capitalize on new opportunities.
This role is remote eligible which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What youll do- Leverage your network to close new commercial sales opportunities to grow the Best Buy Health revenue and portfolio
- Make recommendations for additional products / services
- Generate leads for new opportunities
- Ensure Best Buy Health is connected to key stakeholders and decision makers to win new business
- Grow and manage pipeline for new contracts
Basic qualifications- 5 years experience in new sales logos
- 5 years experience working with an extensive network of C-suite leaders in Health Plans or Senior living market or related experience
- 5 years experience managing a pipeline prospecting and financial modeling with tools like Salesforce or Dynamics or related CRM tools.
Preferred qualifications- MBA preferred
- Experience selling Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) or other supplemental benefits to Health Plans
- Experience understanding evolving government regulations ability to detail the impacts on BBYH and build plans to eliminate risk and capitalize on emerging opportunities
