Lead complex commercial real estate transactions from term sheet through closing

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements leases development agreements and financing documents

Advise clients on acquisitions dispositions financing and development matters

Structure and negotiate sophisticated contracts across asset classes

Work directly with clients lenders and opposing counsel to move transactions efficiently

Collaborate with corporate tax and land use teams as needed
Qualifications

10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

Strong contract drafting and negotiation background

Ability to independently manage transactions

Experience handling high-value and complex matters

Portable business not required; some client relationships welcomed
