Job Summary

Responsibilities

Develop product concepts features and manage the entire product lifecycle based on market needs and business strategy.
Collaborate with Operations Risk Legal IT and other teams for product development and implementation.
Develop update and control operational product and credit policies in line with regulations and the companys risk appetite.
Ensure policies and SOPs are clear practical and easily implemented by business units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements or strategic adjustments.
Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors

Requirement

Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) in Economics Business Statistics Engineering or relevant fields.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Product Policy Partnership roles (cross-functional experience is highly valued).
Strong understanding of the financial services banking or fintech industry and its regulatory landscapе.
Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills.
