Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Shipping and Administration Technician to join our growing team in Lloydminster. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.
***This is a part-time role (20 hours per week M-F 2pm-6pm). It is also a seasonal role ending in September 2026***
Pay Range: $20-$25CAD/hr. DOE
Responsibilities
- Assist with the Reception of samples
- Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
- Organizing courier
- Packaging samples for shipmen
- Preparing sample supplies for pick u
- Take and prepare client supply requests over email and phone call
Skills / Qualifications
- A science background and education to Grade 12 is preferred
- Computer Skills
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50lbs
