Job Summary:The Production Maintenance Mechanic I role is available for a qualified individual with proven maintenance skills. Responsibilities include:Efficient preventative maintenance and repair of food manufacturing and packaging equipment including Aseptic Fillers Cappers Packer and/or High Temperature Processing (HTP) to execute preventative corrective and breakdown work orders under direction of a Level II or III Lead or Supervisor. Perform other maintenance duties as Functions of the Job:Performs planned corrective and unplanned maintenance on specified to read and understand Maintenance Manuals for proper repair and of effectively supporting more senior mechanics in complex repairs or Company assets by the direct intervention of any condition resulting in the abuse of equipment or computer time parts and follows up into CMMS current on all Alchemy Food Safety and Package Integrity Training as in the use of and possession of hand and power the preventive maintenance program as directed by the Maintenance operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational PPE and adheres to all Food Safety adheres to all Safety requirements and maintains safety training a clean and safe working safety in the workplace by eliminating unsafe communication (oral and written) within the maintenance team to ensure smooth shift duties as Accountabilities:Technical ability general understanding of manufacturing equipment and approach to problem Record >80% of labor into CMMS Eagerness to learn Aseptic Filling Enter daily activities into CMMS System generates work orders and effectively executes work assigned to him/her in a timely - Approaches others in a tactful manner treats others with respect and consideration accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through on - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure Willingness to learn CMMS - Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands changes approach or method to best fit the situation able to deal with frequent change delays or unexpected - Follow instructions responds to management direction takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
