Location: Midlands (Remote with travel monthly visit to York HQ)
Salary: From 47000 per year

About the Role
This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services distribution and manufacturing across the Midlands. and further afield.
Youll be responsible for:
Leadership & Service Delivery Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.
Client & Team Management Building strong client relationships through site visits meetings and staff training.
Scheduling & Compliance Managing rostering (via Timegate) performance motivation and compliance.
Technology & Reporting Using advanced systems for reporting payroll and scheduling.
Above all youll ensure the retention and development of your client base.
Requirements
Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)
Front-line SIA Licence (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
Full UK driving licence and own car
Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
Applicants without an SIA licence and management experience will not be considered.
