Job Summary
A wellestablished organisation is looking for a Financial Manager to oversee financial reporting budgeting governance and system optimisation. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial information strong internal controls strategic financial planning and effective support to senior leadership.
Manage the full financial reporting function ensuring accuracy completeness and timely submissions
Lead and review budgeting processes feasibility assessments and financial modelling
Maintain forecasts for cash flow collections capital expenditure and related financial indicators
Review reconciliations and strengthen financial controls across the business
Support system enhancements improve financial processes and assist leadership with strategic financial insights
Oversee audit preparation and compliance requirements including relevant legislation
Participate in training and development initiatives for finance teams
Skills & Experience:
Three to five years in a similar financial management role
Strong financial and management accounting capability
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid drivers licence
Qualification:
Degree in finance/accounting
Professional designation
