Sunday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Monday - Saturday9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Nazareth House isseekinga dependable and service-oriented Business and Front Office Coordinator to support daily administrative business office and front-of-house operations within our residential care community. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels in customer service administrative coordination and compliance support while serving as a key point of contact for residents families visitors vendors and staff.

WhatYoullDo:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents families visitors and vendors ensuring a welcoming and professional front office experience.

  • Coordinate business office functions including accounts payable accounts receivable billing payroll support and month-end administrative processes.

  • Maintain confidential employee and resident records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Support HR functions such as recruiting coordination onboarding documentation training records and compliance tracking.

  • Assistleadership with hiring paperwork regulatory documentation and audits.

  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones greeting visitors and monitoring facility access.

  • Maintain organized filing systems databases mail distribution and general office operations.

  • Schedule appointments transportation tours and support admissions-related coordination.

  • Assist employees in updating timecards and TELS.

  • Assist in managing rent payments incoordination with Regional Administrative Assistant

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

  • Administrative business office or account coordination experiencerequired.
  • Supporting recruiting coordinating onboarding documentation training records and compliance tracking
  • Assist leadership with paperwork regulatory documentation and audits
  • Manage front desk operations answering phones greeting visitors
  • Strong customer service professionalism and communication skills.
  • High levelof confidentiality discretion and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
  • Healthcare assisted living or elder care experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license background clearance and ability to complete required training.
