6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in aerospace or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of manufacturing processes ERP systems and product lifecycle management PLM Eliciting business needs via interviews workshops and observations Sprint planning backlog grooming and writing user stories Familiarity with MES Manufacturing Execution Systems and PLM tools Domain Manufacturing Documenting and analyzing business processes AS IS and TO BE Creating business requirement documents BRD functional specs FSD and user stories Developing use cases workflows process maps and wireframes Performing gap analysis and impact assessments Supporting UAT and regression testing efforts
