Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AWS Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) excellent Python development skills and robust database expertise. Additionally a solid understanding of capital markets including Fixed Income instruments and related concepts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy scalable applications on AWS cloud platform
- Write clean efficient and reliable Python code
- Design implement and optimize databases
- Work with relational columnar and vector databases to meet project requirements
- Apply best practices in database design and architecture
- Develop solutions related to capital markets and Fixed Income instruments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- B.E. engineering or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Strong Python programming skills
- Extensive database knowledge including relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) columnar databases (Amazon Redshift Apache Parquet) and vector databases
- Good understanding of database schema design and optimization
- Knowledge of capital markets including Fixed Income instruments
- Willingness to work in the 12 PM to 9 PM shift
- Knowledge of financial concepts related to capital markets is a plus
- Knowledge of software development best practices and design principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of financial instruments and capital markets
