Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure all shipments are on time and in compliance with regulations
Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes
Communicate with suppliers carriers and customers to resolve any issues
Optimize transportation routes and modes to maximize efficiency
Track and report key metrics to measure logistics performance

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or related field
Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Experience:

Previous experience working in a digital or tech-focused company
Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes
Experience with international logistics and customs procedures
Continuous improvement mindset and a track record of implementing process enhancements

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $125000 - $140000 per year
