Job Summary
A leading industrial company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Millwright / Engineering Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will lead and supervise engineering and maintenance teams oversee the installation repair and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards is essential.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance teams
Oversee installation repair and troubleshooting of industrial machinery
Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
Relevant technical or engineering qualification (Millwright certificate or Mechanical Engineering Diploma)
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and team supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Effective communication and leadership skills
Own transport preferred
