The role

As a Customer Service Coordinator youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our Centres visitors. Your role will involve providing accurate information about activities memberships and events while also driving membership sales and retention. By ensuring every customer interaction is memorable youll help maximise satisfaction and optimise engagement with our facilities.

The Customer Service Coordinator may be challenged with interpreting the needs of our diverse customers while delivering high service levels to unique stakeholders and maintaining organisation and flexibility in a busy environment. Your natural ability to provide market-leading customer service and support positive experiences will be key to your success in this role.

What you will bring to the role
