Winthrop & Weinstine has an excellent opportunity for law students to participate in our 2027 2L Summer Associate Program. We are now accepting applications. We are a dynamic group of creative problem-solvers incorporating an innovative and collaborative approach to the practice of law. At Winthrop & Weinstine youll experience a firm which disrupts convention and offers extensive opportunities to summer associates in an environment including:

Winthrops Summer Associate Program is designed to offer an exceptional experience that reflects law firm life as a lawyer. Summer associates will gain valuable law firm experience with numerous opportunities to experience a robust legal environment tailored to your interests.
While the 2027 summer salary has not yet been finalized the most recent summer associate pay rate was $3460 per week.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in law school and in pursuit of a JD degree. Highly motivated students with excellent academic records strong leadership and communication skills and a commitment to community preferred.
