Job Description Summary
Bel Group is looking for aJuniorProject & ProcessManagerto jointhe Innovation Team within RID.
Reporting to theInnovation Impact LeadertheJuniorProject & ProcessManagerissupporting the team in delivering its key transformation program. This transformation is meant to transform the governance processes waysof working on project management and portfolio management including the deployment of a new technological platform.
The JuniorProject & ProcessManager willsupport indelivering this program by working on the program orprojects of the team.
Mains Missions & Responsibilities
Governance & process transformation project:
Support the project leaders in collecting and analyzing business experts inputs on the governance & process to beand improve the recommendations
Support the conduction ofadditionalinterviews with business experts to fill the gaps
Support the project leaders in conducting andconsolidatingthe project stream impact analysis byimpactedgroupsandin creating the right deployment plan based on the impact analysis
Orchestrate the deployment plan (based on defined timeline in the deployment plan framing) set up meetings create contents (communication presentation trainings)consolidatemeeting outputs follow the deployment KPIs
Depending on time and needs theJunior Innovation Managermight besolicitedin supporting the tooling stream: summarize inputs support the tools assessment support the request for proposal creation support the impact analysis
Innovation project:
Support the team oninnovationprojects such as:
creating innovation training contents innovation watch contents (newsletterwebinar)
consolidatingportfolio dataand cleaning data management on our portfolio tool
supporting the organizationof current innovation governance monthly
Qualifications and Competencies:
Project Managements degree(Engineer Business)and/or equivalent experiencerequired.
First professionalexperiencerequiredthrough at least an internship or apprenticeship
First experience in aFMCGcompany is aplus
Knowledge inproject management process management (portfolio management is a plus)
Know-howto pilot a project set up a roadmapkeep-up the project pace
Know-howto create qualitative contents to support an engaging deployment plan
Rigorous analytical mind who is not afraid of processes and simplification
Dynamic proactive enthusiastic
French and English fluent.
