Within the EQUANS IT department you will be part of the Group Cybersecurity team in charge of defining and implementing the global cybersecurity strategy of EQUANS. This includes implementing worldwide security programs as well as coordinating the various teams in charge of the cybersecurity within the Group.

This team is led by the Global CISO who you will directly report to.

As CISO Office Director you are the cybersecurity authority for the Groups transversal information systems. Your role is to ensure the security of global projects in close collaboration with the CTO and to guarantee the application of Equans cybersecurity policies and standards.

In this context your main missions and activities will notably include:

Cyber Design Authority:Validate the Groups transversal projects from a cybersecurity perspective in particular within the Group Architecture Committee.
Team Management:Lead and manage several specialized teams (GRC Program Management Architecture).
Strategy and Technology Watch:Define the strategy for cybersecurity solutions ensure continuous technology watch and contribute to negotiations with vendors and partners.
Collaboration:Maintain strong relationships with MBU and entity architects to ensure alignment of practices.
Risk Management and Compliance:Consolidate cyber risks and maturity monitor post-audit and Red Team remediation plans and drive NIS2 compliance and ISO 27001 certifications.
Awareness and Training:Design and deploy the global cybersecurity awareness and training program.
Governance:Define cybersecurity roles and responsibilities at all levels of the organization.

Your profile:

Education and Experience:Masters degree (Computer Science / Mathematics / Scientific field) and/or around ten years of experience in the cybersecurity domain including several years dedicated to information systems protection.
Certifications:You hold a valid cybersecurity certification (CISSP CISM CISA) ideally complemented by certifications from cloud providers (AWS and/or Azure).
Cloud Knowledge:You have a solid knowledge of AWS and/or Azure IaaS/PaaS environments.
Systems Security:You have a strong understanding of technologies related to information systems security.
Network Security:You have a good knowledge of network architectures and related security components.
Frameworks and Risk Management:Knowledge of information security and risk management frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001 EBIOS RM etc.) is an asset.
IT Background:You have a strong overall IT background covering both infrastructure and application topics (ERP CRM etc.) and have ideally held an operational IT role in the past.
Experience in a decentralized and/or international company or organization is a plus ;
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal skills ;
Able to conduct preventive and predictive analysis to help mitigate future threat;
You demonstrate autonomy dynamism and initiative ;
You have a sense of ethics and you show discretion;
Fluent English. Any other language is appreciated;
You may require to travel within the EQUANS perimeter.
