For Prysmian GRON site 1hour from Paris the French center of excellence for high voltage cables we are searching for a Production Manager who will be responsibile for Metallurgy Area.

Your contribution to Prysmians Success:

• Manage production activities.

• Manage the manufacturing process ensuring compliance with safety regulations and production requirements (quantity lead times quality cost).

• Defining the adaptation of the production activity to the challenges and requirements.

• Supervising the organization management and monitoring of production (steering indicators)

• Leading and managing production teams (40/50 people) (skills development safety and working conditions legal compliance with ISO standards performance)

• Interfacing with methods quality and support departments

• Ensuring continuous improvement in terms of performance to achieve the expected efficiencies possibly by implementing the efficiency plan

• Steering changes to production facilities (tools methods materials etc.)

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Engineering background

• Fluent in English and French

• 5 years experience in managing a production unit - a plus if in heavy industry.

• You have managed a shift team.

• You have an interest in metallurgy

• Good communication skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills target orientation with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.

• Attitude to fast learning and self-commitment

Pour le site de Prysmian GRON à 1 heure de Paris le centre dexcellence français pour les câbles haute tension nous recherchons un Responsable de Production qui sera responsable de la zone Métallurgie.

Votre contribution au succès de Prysmian :

• Gérer les activités de production.

• Gérer le processus de fabrication en veillant au respect des réglementations de sécurité et des exigences de production (quantité délais qualité coût).

• Définir ladaptation de lactivité de production aux défis et exigences.

• Superviser lorganisation la gestion et le suivi de la production (indicateurs de pilotage).

• Diriger et gérer les équipes de production (40/50 personnes) (développement des compétences sécurité et conditions de travail conformité légale aux normes ISO performance).

• Interfacer avec les départements méthodes qualité et support.

• Assurer lamélioration continue en termes de performance pour atteindre les efficacités attendues éventuellement en mettant en œuvre le plan defficacité.

• Piloter les changements des installations de production (outils méthodes matériaux etc.).

Vous êtes le candidat idéal si vous avez/serez :

• Formation en ingénierie.

• Maîtrise de langlais et du français.

• 5 ans dexpérience dans la gestion dune unité de production - un plus si dans lindustrie lourde.

• Vous avez géré une équipe de quart.

• Vous avez un intérêt pour la métallurgie.

• Bonnes compétences en communication.

• Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes orientation vers les objectifs avec une attitude pour gérer correctement les priorités en coordination avec la direction.

• Attitude à lapprentissage rapide et à lengagement personnel.
