DescriptionThis is a HR Manager role which serves as a strategic partner to a technology LOB in India. The role requires managing employee life cycle employee engagement employee relations performance management and organizational effectiveness while driving a high-performance and innovation-led culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with LOB leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives and provide advisory support on organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Leverage HR analytics (attrition productivity hiring metrics etc.) to provide periodic insights and drive data-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with global HR counterparts to implement enterprise HR initiatives within the LOB.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including workforce planning and hiring strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition teams.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and talent calibration discussions.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent drive retention strategies and support leadership development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations matters conduct investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for hybrid/distributed teams and lead HR transformation or automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR (2-year full time program)
- 610 years of HR partnering experience in the IT/Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT workforce dynamics (product services engineering agile teams).
