1) Primary Scope- HR Assistant for the APEX org. consists of five key teams: i. Network Operation Center (NOC): the command and control center managing Relay Operations(ATS and Inbound) AMZL & GSF Central Operations and Holiday Contingency Planning(HCP) & Executive Escalations(ECR). ii. Business Intelligence-Tech iii. Transportation Execution: handles network configurations and implementations. iv. Product Management: encompasses four verticals - Supply Chain Fulfillment Centers Middle Mile and Last Mile - working closely with operations and platform teams to drive product development v. Software Development
2) Conduct FGDs with L2 and L3 population of the above mentioned orgs collect voices define themes and track its closure
3) Anchor Employee experience initiatives like a) Listening Circle Completion b) LC Action Item Closure c) IDP Completion d) PWD hiring experience
4) Create P0 for MTRs/MBRs
5) Program manage Student program- Onboarding experience NPS improvement
6) Program manage R&R/Engagement activities Completion of the supporting functions
7) Program manage onboarding experience of associates to improve associate experience and reduce early attrition
- 6 months of human resources experience
- 6 months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 1 years of human resources experience
- 1 years of customer service experience
- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
