What Youll Build
This role demands more than design skills asyoullnavigate ambiguity influence stakeholders and balance competing priorities while championing user needs across our organization.
Your mission:
Partner with stakeholders toidentifyproblems align priorities and shape UX strategybalancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints
Conduct UX audits and expert reviews delivering compelling reports that drive decisions
Influence cross-functional teams and advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle
Plan and execute user research (interviews surveys usability testing) and translate findings into actionable insights
Design end-to-end workflows prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces in Figmasticking to design principles
Facilitate collaborative workshops to drive ideation and alignment
Manage UX deliverables timelines and dependencies across complex initiatives
What You Bring
5 yearsof UX consultancy or product design experience in complex enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder managementwithconfidence inpresenting findings leading discussions and influencing decisions
Solid researchexpertiseacross methodologies
Figmaproficiencyfor prototyping and design systems
Excellent facilitation skillsand ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Problem-solving mindsetwith proven ability to prioritize and manage timelines
Nice to Havewould be experience with CRM systems and sales processes (Opportunity-to-Contract cycle)
