Role Overview
Were looking for a Spanish-speaking Advisor Solution Specialist to join a fast-growing tech sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-volume sales cycles understand customer needs quickly and know how to turn conversations into long-term value.
Youll manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to qualification and handover driving revenue building relationships and shaping customer success.
What You Will Do
- Handle high-volume inbound & outbound sales across phone email video and social channels
- Engage prospects at every stage of the funnel and guide them toward conversion
- Identify alternative decision-makers via Sales Navigator and desk research
- Follow strict response-time SLAs and structured sales cadences
- Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline
- Log all activities in Salesforce CRM
- Qualify opportunities and transfer them to onboarding teams
- Track and report performance to exceed daily monthly and quarterly targets
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Spanish English (written & spoken)
- Minimum 1.5 years in sales (tech/advertising experience is a big plus)
- Proven ability to grow budgets and unlock new opportunities
- Strong competitive selling mindset
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
