Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist Sports E-commerce

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an energetic international team in Sofia Bulgaria supporting a leading sports e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and/or live chat regarding orders products returns deliveries and account queries
- Provide enthusiastic knowledgeable and solutions-driven support to sports enthusiasts and customers
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Proactively identify ways to enhance the customer journey and overall shopping experience
- Accurately log all customer interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to maintain high service quality standards
- Stay informed on the platforms product catalogue promotions and policy updates
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Proficient level of English
- Genuine passion for sports and/or active lifestyle is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills with a warm customer-first attitude
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is beneficial but not required
