Were looking for a passionate Graduate Mechatronics Engineer to join our growing team and help drive innovation in laboratory automation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that support the medical industry and improve lives around the world.
As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment youll play a key role in designing and developing products that truly make a difference.
What youll do:
Support the design and development of electromechanical devices for new and existing products
Assist in testing verifying and validating electromechanical assemblies prototypes and system components
Perform rootcause analysis diagnostics and test result documentation to support continuous improvement
Work closely with senior engineers to ensure designs meet cost quality compliance and schedule requirements
Drive continuous improvement in product design manufacturability and performance
Collaborate with crossfunctional engineering teams to develop new features and enhance current products
Participate in handson prototype builds system evaluations and preproduction testing
Occasionally travel domestically or internationally as required.
What youll bring:
Degree in Mechatronics Mechanical Electrical Electronics Biomedical Engineering or similar
Knowledge or experience in designing testing or supporting electromechanical systems will be highly regarded
Ability to interpret test results and identify potential design improvements
Strong problemsolving criticalthinking and diagnostic skills
Handson mindset with curiosity and a drive to learn
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Understanding of mechanical and electrical components (active and passive)
Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
