We are hiring an experienced cabinet finisher who consistently produces furniture-grade results.
- Spray cabinet paint and stain systems (in shop and in-home)
- Prep surfaces and protect non-coated areas to achieve the highest quality result.
- Perform re-stain and color matching
- Deliver flawless smooth finishes
- Maintain spray equipment and finishing systems
- Train and mentor team members
- Efficiently produce the highest quality finishes while working alone or while leading a team.
- Assist with cabinet refacing installation and related work when needed
- Proven experience spraying high-end cabinet finishes
- Strong knowledge of stains wood species and color control
- Ability to consistently produce top-quality results efficiently
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Clean driving record
- Craftsman-level finisher
