About the Role:
The HR Intern will primarily support recruiting and onboarding activities to help deliver a strong candidate and new hire experience. This role is ideal for a student interested in HR recruiting or business operations.
Part-Time during school year (up to 20 hrs/week) with opportunity for full-time work (up to 40 hrs/week) in summer. Hybrid work structure.
Responsibilities:
- Post jobs screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct phone screens and support candidate communication.
- Maintain timely and accurate candidate data in the ATS.
- Assist with offer letters onboarding tasks and new hire orientation.
- Support HR projects reporting and file management.
- Help with hiring events and/or campus recruiting activities.
- Assist with other HR projects/tasks as may be requested.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience (Ex: Workday; Jobvite)
- Prior HR or admin experience is a plus.
