Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations investigations counseling and performance management support
Ensure compliance with EEO OSHA AAP and other federal/state employment regulations
Support benefits administration enrollments renewals and HR record maintenance
Assist with onboarding recruitment activities and job postings
Interpret and implement company policies and HR procedures consistently across locations
Maintain confidentiality while supporting managers and employees with HR-related matters

Qualifications:
2 5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and employment laws
Experience in employee relations compliance onboarding and benefits administration
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field preferred
Ability to travel between locations if required
