About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifestyle Director to join our vibrant 55 community in Parrish Florida. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging resort-style experiences that foster a strong sense of community and enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Plan organize and execute a diverse range of social recreational and educational activities tailored to the interests of a 55 community.
Collaborate closely with the HOA and community management to ensure events align with community standards and goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality lifestyle programs.
Coordinate with vendors entertainers and service providers to enhance community events.
Promote a welcoming inclusive and engaging environment that reflects the resort-style living experience.
Stay informed about trends and best practices in lifestyle programming particularly within Del Webb and similar 55 communities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lifestyle Director or similar role within a 55 property preferably in Del Webb or resort-style communities.
Strong understanding of HOA operations and community dynamics.
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing community engagement and resident satisfaction.
Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
