Job Summary

***This position is hybrid and requires travel to the administrative building in Warsaw IN. Must be able to travel to office when necessary.***

Duties/Responsibilities:

Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position. While not all tasks may be performed by every employee in this role all employees are expected to perform related tasks as needed. These essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Administer and maintain Oracle environments including databases applications and integrations.
  • Monitor system performance conduct routine maintenance and monitor patch application/ testing. Maintain test scripts as needed.
  • Ensure high availability data integrity and security of Oracle systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for national contracted Oracle support services.
  • Provide technical support coordinate escalations track issue resolution and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes for vendor interaction including documentation of support workflows and escalation paths.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle system configurations workflows and support procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial workflows reporting and data accuracy working closely with the Accounting department.
  • Identify and document tasks and responsibilities that are not covered by external Oracle support.
  • Ensure documentation is regularly updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood body fluids or tissues.
  • The normal work routine has a moderate ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment.
  • The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending lifting twisting) in the work area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Oracle system administration or enterprise application support.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Financials or similar ERP modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle architecture database management and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Valid drivers license and active liability insurance.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
