Inscope Training is seeking motivated and reliable individuals with a Certificate III in Carpentry who are interested in transitioning from on-the-tools work into a stable and rewarding training role.
Positions are available anywhere between the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Trainers will work within their allocated region and will not be required to service the entire corridor.
No prior training or teaching experience is required and is not expected. We are specifically seeking individuals with current trade experience who we can train and mentor into high-quality industry-relevant trainers.

Key Responsibilities
Once qualified and inducted into the role you will:
- Conduct on-site visits to train support and assess apprentices in the workplace
- Deliver practical training sessions at our in-house facility
- Support students completing online theory components of their training
- Maintain accurate documentation of training and assessment activities
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training and assessment strategies
- Provide mentorship and guidance to learners at various stages of their apprenticeship journey
What Were Looking For
We are seeking applicants who:
- Hold a CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Are reliable driven and eager to learn
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate good time management and self-discipline
- Are team-oriented and committed to upholding professional standards
Applicants must also:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a White Card (CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry)
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with children card)
- Be physically able to carry out tasks associated with practical training environments
No Experience No Problem.
We are not seeking experienced trainers we are seeking skilled tradespeople who are ready to grow into the training profession.
You will be supported every step of the way and provided with the tools qualifications and mentoring you need to succeed and grow within the role.
