About the Team

About the Role

We are looking for an incredible engineer for our Reporting Tools this area we focus on supporting Reporting Resiliency by designing tools to validate our platform and building operational insights. We work closely with our product management and application teams to ensure the reporting runtime is crafted to customer expectations. Our Core BI Reporting team supports over 4.5 billion executions every month across all Workday customers (and growing!). In this role you will work in a team of highly motivated and dedicated engineers working in a fast paced environment. This is a phenomenal opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert on the team and contribute to one of Workdays foundational product spaces.

About You

• You love working on complex technical projects

• You have experience with Java systems

• You care about customer satisfaction

• You are enthusiastic about code quality and advocate for the best development practices

Basic Qualification

• 5 years of experience as a software engineer

• 3 years of coding in Java

Other Qualification

• Superb communication skills. Ability to articulate sophisticated technical ideas

• Highly motivated to determine how things work

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science
