Position: Culture and Values Lead
Location: Support Centre Milton
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time Position
Remuneration: $100K - $110K Superannuation Salary Packaging EAP and Employee Benefits

As the Culture and Values Lead youll help create a purposedriven inclusive and valuesaligned workforce that reflects the heart of the Lutheran Services mission. Youll partner closely with the Executive Director Mission Identity and Culture to steward the organisations identity and support meaningful cultural alignment.

About You

Youre a relationshipbuilder who understands how culture comes to life through people practice and purpose. You bring strong communication skills cultural insight and experience supporting valuesaligned initiatives. Ideally you have a background in a Human Resources/People and Culture role with:

• Qualifications or demonstrated experience in organisational culture
• Understanding of Lutheran ethos identity and missionbased human services
• Ability to translate mission and identity into culture and models of care
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding capability across all levels
• Experience leading others to achieve shared cultural or organisational goals
• A valid Police Check

  Desirable: Experience in health aged care or community services

About the Role

You will help shape and strengthen the identityled culture that guides how Lutheran Services works cares and serves. You will:

• Provide advice and support on culture values and organisational identity
• Partner with People Services to design and deliver culture and values initiatives
• Lead a values in action program that brings our organisational ethos to life
• Support alignment between culture practices and the organisations mission and model of care
• Act as a visible ambassador for Lutheran values across the organisation
• Support training initiatives on Lutheran identity values and model of care
