Your mission

Were seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives targeting high-value enterprise accounts. Youll work closely with Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to create personalized multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue in key accounts.

What youll do at UiPath

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for tiered strategic accounts

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify prioritize and build account plans for strategic accounts

  • Create personalized marketing campaigns that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeys

  • Design and implement multi-channel engagement strategies including digital events direct mail and executive engagement working with various stakeholders and departments

Campaign Management

  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns across email social media content events and advertising

  • Develop account-specific content and messaging that resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize investments across channels for maximum ROI

  • Track and report on campaign performance pipeline influence and revenue impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with BDRs Field Marketing and Customer Success Account Executives to align on account strategies

  • Collaborate with Content Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling account-specific assets

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking attribution and reporting

Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

  • Leverage intent data engagement metrics and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging

  • Report on pipeline generation velocity and revenue attribution

What youll bring to the team

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies

  • Deep understanding of ABM methodologies tools and best practices

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g. 6sense)

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
