Role Summary and Impact

You will reportintothePaid SocialAccount thePaid Socialteamyou will be integral toachievingclient goals andthe developmentandoptimizationofPaid Socialactivity as part of integrated multi-channel will be expected to use your own initiative to manageFacebook/Instagram TwitterGoogleYouTubeandLinkedincampaigns. Youwill be expected to champion the best practice approach to delivering campaignsmulti marketstrategy coordination and communication. You will lead by example taking responsibility for the guidance and development of junior members of the team.

Principalresponsibilities:

Performance

  • Leading the planningcreation and on-going management ofPaid Socialcampaigns
  • Carrying out health checks ontheaccounts toensure they are set up and running as per Mindshare best practice
  • Proactively performingregular optimization of accounts monitoring market changes andidentifyingdevelopment opportunities
  • Creating and leading the execution of developmentand testing plans including media owner betaswherepossible
  • Preparingpresentationsand leadingclientcalls and face to face meetings
  • Working with the AD to devise campaign strategyand translate this into campaign delivery

  • Playing an active role in team meetings and agency events
  • Writing case studies ofgreat workdelivered by the team
  • Volunteering toassistwith new business pitches and other cross-agency initiatives

People

  • Collaborating with other digital teams within theMindshare Outcomeshub
  • Delegating and managing workloads across thejunior members of theteam
  • Contributing to andowningpersonal development plans
  • Arranging/attendingtraining to progress youand the teams knowledge and capability
  • Motivatingjunior team members to develop their knowledge of socialbest practices
  • Supportingthe educatingof planningteams on the benefits and purpose ofPaid Social

Process

  • Making full use of the technology availableimplementingprocesses and practices that maximizeoperational efficiencies
  • Theaccuratemanagement of budgetsadhering to the Mindshare finance process
  • Taking responsibility for junior team members accurately following all aspects of Mindshare process
  • Identifyingopportunities for process improvement and providing recommendations

Performance measures:

  • Consistently hitting and exceedingclientstargets
  • Overseeing the implementation of best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Managing the development of junior team members

  • Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics(channels budget audience formats etc.)and present these back internally and to clients
  • Aware of howPaid Socialcan integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Able to devise a testing approach/roadmapdelivering statistically significant results and insights
  • Experience working with client leadershipdeveloping day to day client relationships
  • Analytically minded withverygoodattention to detailable toidentifytrends in large data sets
