About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our Cebu office someone passionate about HR operations with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment. If you enjoy working with people helping shape effective HR processes and taking on a versatile role across the full employment lifecycle this position is for you!
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish maintain and regularly update employee personnel files ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage employee data and HR databases maintaining data integrity confidentiality and proper documentation
- Provide support on employee relations matters by responding to inquiries assisting in conflict resolution and escalating concerns when necessary
- Prepare HR-related reports (e.g. timekeeping) and support basic data analysis to aid management decision-making
- Assist with recruitment activities office administration and employee travel arrangements including coordination of bookings and related logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and organize office events and engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned by Management
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR or Administration
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Good team spirit strong sense of responsibility confidence and service awareness
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficient computer skills especially in the Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
