Job Summary

Apartment Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician- needed for Villas at Bandera - NW San Antonio TX 78254

Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a lead or assistant ac and pool certification electrical knowledge attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude good communication skills availability to be on-call own tools reliable transportation etc. The hourly rate is $23 per hour 30% housing discount medical/dental benefits paid vacation and holidays etc.
