This position will be Onsite 4-5 days per week
Led national billing operations including time-and-materials (T&M /T&B) billing for labour and materials.
Own the full lifecycle of elevator maintenance service contractsincluding setup renewals amendments and cancellations.
Maintain strong data integrity and support reporting on contract basebilling performance and portfolio metrics.
Act as a key functional owner for Salesforce Service Cloud / Billing and Billtrust including data validation issue resolution testing and usersupport.
Support system implementations upgrades and process changes; helpdrive adoption of new tools and workflows.
Manage and support a team of Cash Application and BillingAdministrators providing guidance prioritization and escalationsupport.
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and lead continuousimprovement initiatives across contract / billing operations while ensuring accuracy of terms and compliance across pricing scope ofwork escalation clauses
Partner cross-functionally with Service Sales Finance AccountsReceivable and IT to resolve issues and improve end-to-endexecution.
Provide functional guidance and day-to-day support to billing teamsacross Canada.
Role Qualifications
3 years of experience in billing or service operations service contractadministration ( Construction / Manufacturing Assembly or similar industrypreferred).
Experience leading or supervising billing and/orcash application teams.
Strong understanding of time-and-materials billing & maintenance servicecontracts
Experience working with Salesforce (highly preferred) (Service Cloud and/or Billing).
Proficiency Excel along with strong analytical skills
Understanding new systems and supporting process or system upgrades and changes.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field (CPA designation preferred / asset).
