The Role
Working closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth daily running of the schools operational and financial processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting budget monitoring and day-to-day financial transactions
Processing purchase orders invoices and reconciliations
Assisting with HR administration including staff contracts and absence records
Managing admissions documentation and pupil data updates
Overseeing procurement processes in line with school policies
Supporting health & safety compliance and site-related documentation
You will act as a reliable operational presence within the school office ensuring that systems run efficiently and that leaders are supported with accurate administrative information.

Previous experience in school administration or business support
Confidence working with finance systems and MIS platforms
Excellent organisational and time management skills
