Job Summary
A well-regarded and forward-thinking secondary school in Derby is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join its successful Science department. This is a full-time position available for an immediate start and is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who are eager to develop within a structured and supportive environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on specialism)
Plan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
Support enrichment activities such as STEM clubs or intervention sessions
Specialisms in Biology Chemistry or Physics are all welcomed.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge within Science
Excellent classroom management skills
