Job Summary
Senior Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. and help shape the future of energy! As a Senior Operations Specialist youll play a key role in improving automating and standardizing operational processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
What you will do:
Analyze and test new solutions to optimize workflows and processes.
Develop and improve systems for data handling billing customer care and supplier changes.
Automate mass workflows and document processing for seamless operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on KPIs.
Manage settlements for power and gas contracts ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with teams across Risk Accounting Trading and Key Accounts to ensure smooth operations.
Lead improvement initiatives and solve complex problems independently.
What you bring & who you are:
Masters degree ideally in Economics or IT.
Strong understanding of workflows involving data and document processing.
Experience in process efficiency optimization and automation.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.
Ideally familiarity with the Polish energy and gas industry.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
