As the group continues to move from strength to strength we are looking for a Head of Commercial & Operations to work directly with the Founder across a portfolio of companies and strategic initiatives. This is not a traditional job. It is a high-impact founder adjacent role for someone who is commercially sharp operationally capable and entrepreneurial by nature.
You will work closely with the Founders core team including the Executive Services Manager and Corporate Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running and growth of the group. This role suits someone who is hungry proactive relationship driven and comfortable operating across different industries personalities and levels of business.

As a Head of Commercial & Operations your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leverage your network to generate new business opportunities.
Identify approach and secure strategic partnerships across industries.
Open doors to clients investors sponsors and collaborators.
Support deal structuring negotiations and commercial discussions.
Drive revenue across multiple group entities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted point of contact for partners clients and collaborators.
Represent the group at meetings events and industry gatherings.
Maintain strong engagement across all levels from founders to C-suite to operational teams.
Drive forward the day-to-day commercial and operational priorities of various businesses.
Ensure projects launches and partnerships move from idea to execution.
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet deadlines and targets.
Monitor performance and ensure momentum across different initiatives.
Coordinate and execute large-scale events and strategic projects.
Manage logistics timelines suppliers and partners.
Ensure events and initiatives are commercially viable and brand-enhancing.
Support the rollout of new ventures products or market entries.
Act as the Founders right hand on commercial and operational matters.
Help translate strategy into actionable plans.
Take ownership of priority initiatives and drive them forward.
Provide feedback insights and recommendations on opportunities and challenges.
Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Corporate Operations Manager.
Ensure alignment across teams suppliers and partners.
Help maintain structure clarity and accountability across the group.
Support hiring partnerships and external collaborations where needed.
