We need experienced permanent Full and Part Time Social Workers to work across Lancashire as part of our Older People & Physical Disabilities Service. This is a hugely exciting time for us. Weve launched Living Better Lives in Lancashire our new strength-based vision for social driving forward innovative practice that will make a difference to our communities and we need new social workers to help us achieve our vision of supporting people to achieve what they want to living independently in a place they call their home.
As part of your exciting new role you will be expected to undertake strength based outcome focussed assessments and support planning ensuring that the residents of Lancashire receive the right amount of support.
You will play a vital role in supporting people to access local services maintain independence promote health and wellbeing and to live independently.
A key part of the role includes working alongside other agencies professionals and informal carers providing a holistic service.
In return for your commitment and hard work you will work alongside supportive managers and offered various training and progression opportunities.

Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or have applied to register with SWE.
