The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Cleaning Lead to oversee and manage cleaning operations across our FIFO sites. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in cleaning facilities or operational management who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people safety and service delivery.

As a Regional Cleaning Lead you will play a key role in leading teams ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of cleaning operations including daily execution staff supervision and quality standards
• Provide strong leadership to cleaning teams fostering engagement accountability and high performance
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service outcomes aligned with client and company expectations
• Manage budgets stock and resources efficiently including procurement inventory control and cost management
• Maintain compliance with company policies HSEQ standards and contractual requirements
• Oversee workforce planning team development and performance monitoring
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations
• Ensure all health safety food safety (HACCP) and security procedures are followed at all times

About You

• Previous experience managing cleaning operations facilities or similar operational teams
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in FIFO or fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of workplace health safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially focused with experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong problem-solving decision-making and organisational skills
• Proactive resilient and adaptable to changing operational needs
• FIFO experience is highly regarded
