Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage the efficient flow of materialsfrom receiving and storage to delivery routing and shipping of direct indirect and finished goods.

In this role you will ensure ontime transportation accurate inventory management proper documentation and smooth warehouse operations. You will also collaborate with internal teams support data accuracy and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This is a key position for maintaining operational continuity and supporting production excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Material & Warehouse Operations

Coordinate and supervise transportation activities to secure ontime deliveries.
Oversee receiving storage and proper recording of all incoming goods.
Manage packaging and dispatch activities identifying opportunities for improvement.

Documentation & Data Management

Prepare operational documents and compile data for reporting.
Maintain and organize files records and correspondence.
Use data management systems to access and update operational information.

Inventory & Workflow Management

Manage site inventory and conduct routine inventory control tasks.
Identify discrepancies and follow up per established procedures.
Support workflow planning to improve operational efficiency.

Health Safety & Compliance

Follow mandatory HSE procedures and promote safe working practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards across all logistics processes.
