This hybrid rolein Material Control and Logistic teamcombines master data stewardship with analytical capabilities. The Data Master & Analyst is responsible for maintaining high-quality master data across systems and transforming that data into actionable insights through structured reporting and visualization. The role supports operational excellence decision-making and digital transformation by ensuring data integrity and delivering meaningful analytics

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES /CORE FUNCTIONS

Actividades /Activities:

Understand where we will be ending every month in terms of raw inventory.
Propose additional strategies so we burn inventory faster.
Manage E&O.
Investigate consistent inventory discrepancies.
Develop dashboards that allow us to improve the operation.
Increase system and reporting capabilities and build trust in it.
Eliminating inconsistencies in material master data what are disrupting planning and execution.
Standardize data for eliminating recurring errors.
Implement process and standardize Decisions what are often made without leveraging data.
Automatize process and eliminate manual workaroundsespecially in GoRhinoare slowing operations and increasing risk.
Analyst and improvement process CTB ongoing material shortages what are affecting OEM deliveries.
Implement planning process and improvement. What Reactive firefighting has become the norm replacing proactive planning. This also has led into increased expedited costs.
Define optimal material strategies to reduce inventory.
Define KPIS for inventory control.
Coordinating with warehousing and inventory control team to define the most effective methods of transactions control ensuring to maintain the accuracy of the system. Proposing the application of technology & implementing visual management.
Document the define process adding them on the Quality Management System of the plant.
Strategies control and define level DSI(Days Sales of Inventory).
Control work Orders.
Maintain and govern master data records (materials item master vendors) across enterprise systems.
Ensure data quality through audits validations and cleansing activities.
Collaborate with business units to define data standards and resolve data-related issues.
Design and deliver reports and visualizations that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to drive process improvements and performance.
Support data migration system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUISITOS /QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

5 - 8years ofexperience.
Proven work experiencein Kaizen implementation.(Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.)
Ability to use tools for problem solving (Ishikawa 5 Whys PDCAs Kaizenmethodology).
Hands on experienceguiding multidisciplinary teams to implementautomations.
Kaizen& SAPknowledgedesirable.
KnowledgeofPower BI.
Leadership skills and abilityto managestaff.
Excellent communication skills(Writtenand verbal)
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong decision making and problemsolving.
Ability to work independently.
