Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in high-value Commercial Enterprise and U.S. Public Sector (SLED) contract management combined with a customer-centric approach strategic thinking meticulous attention to detail strong interpersonal skills and effective leadership capabilities to ensure the successful execution of contracts and document controls are in place to mitigate risk and strict adherence to policies and compliance as well as the contract terms and conditions.

This position will perform several duties including a detail review of contracts and customer RFPs as well as management of all contract deliverables such as reporting price file creation customer website updates assisting with RFP responses and other duties as the contract or RFP requires using AI to increase efficiency.

In addition this position will require the candidate to own the management of the expiring agreement process in your market by communicating with Stakeholders as well as teammates of upcoming expirations. The documented process requires collecting new amended/refreshed documentation and updating ICERTIS and other tools as required as well as ensuring SCIDs are expired to prevent order intake on expired agreements

Responsibilities
Proficient in generative AI tools PowerPoint Excel Smartsheet or other large data analysis tools

Experience with HP Dynamics Icertis S4 SAP PATSY Accelerator and other HP internal tools

Supports and ensures adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements and company policies as appropriate

Ability to identify terms and conditions of a contract along with risk factors and non-standards utilizing AI functionality.

Make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory customer and/or contract information and processes to effectively solve problems

Become an expert on the CE or SLED direct customer contracts within your assigned territory or market

Prepares organizes and maintains records and files documenting contract deliverables that are the responsibility of the GRO Operations organization.

Collaborates with automation/transformation teams as a liaison for the GRO Operations Organization

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities and deadlines.

Identify and escalate process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks sharing and owning the solution


Education & Experience Recommended

Bachelors degree plus three to five (3-5) years of contract management experience

Robust understanding of applicable legal and contract terminology and conditions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Prioritization skills and the ability to multitask

Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong reading comprehension organization and analytical skills

Highly fluent in written and verbal English language skills

Mastery in MS Office applications and collaboration tools

Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Thrive in a team-oriented hybrid environment with the ability to be self-directed and work independently with multiple deadlines
