You will join the Data & Analytics this role you will act as a Developer within an Agile Release Train. You will be responsible for building high-performance data products and applications that bridge our industrial core (SAP BW) with our advanced big data ecosystem (Palantir Foundry). You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the worlds leading helicopter manufacturer.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Agile Delivery: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (PI Planning System Demos Sprint Retrospectives). Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile Team to deliver Definition of Done increments.

• Data Engineering (SAP Focus): Design and develop complex data models within SAP BW (on HANA / BW/4HANA). Manage back-end extractions (ABAP CDS views) transformation logic and optimize queries for large-scale industrial datasets.

• Data Engineering (Foundry Focus): Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines in Palantir Foundry. Utilize PySpark and SQL to transform raw data into a structured Ontology that powers operational decision-making.

• Hybrid Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between the SAP landscape and the Palantir environment maintaining high standards of data integrity and latency.

• Built-in Quality: Apply DevOps and DataOps principles. Perform peer code reviews automated testing and maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term maintainability of the data platform.

• Innovation: Contribute to the Enabler stories to improve the architectural runway of the Data & Analytics platform.

Experience & Education

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Data Engineering specifically focused on SAP BI and Palantir Foundry.

• Education: Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• SAP BI Expert: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BW. Proficiency in ABAP for ETL HANA Calculation Views and AMDP script.

• Palantir Foundry Specialist: Proven track record of developing in Foundry (Data Connection Code Repos Pipeline Builder Workshop).

• Coding: Advanced proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL.

• Agile: Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile team environment sharing knowledge and supporting teammates to reach the Iteration Goals.

• Problem Solver: Analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting complex data discrepancies across hybrid systems.

• Communication: Fluent in English (daily working language). Spanish is a significant advantage for local site integration.
