Be the welcoming face and organised backbone of Riverland General Hospital providing high-quality confidential and customer-focused administrative support to clients staff and visitors. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of a busy health service while supporting excellent patient care.
About the Role:
As an Administration Officer you will provide high-quality confidential and customer-focused administrative support to clients staff and visitors at Riverland General Hospital. You will manage enquiries coordinate appointments assist with correspondence and maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the hospital environment.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders you will contribute to a professional and responsive administrative service. You will support effective record management comply with workplace policies and infection control requirements and participate in continuous quality improvement and staff development activities to help maintain a safe organised and culturally respectful workplace.
Please note:7 day-roster is required including morning afternoon and night shifts.
What Were Looking For:
- A high level of competency in the use of computers work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
- Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
- Sound word processing and data entry skills.
