Job Description:
- Provide change management coordination and scheduling support for large private communications network.
- Serves as the focal point for all planned maintenance activities.
- Conducts risk assessment and analyzes customer service impacts for corrective maintenance activities and for implementation related moves adds and changes to critical circuits and network elements.
- Position requires strong attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Interacts directly with internal and external customers to schedule planned maintenance events.
- Utilize complex tools and reports to accurately assess service impacts for planned maintenance events.
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with Network Management Systems and tools.
- Experience with SQL database and MS Excel.
- Previous call center experience.
- Prior experience required in maintaining high service levels in a demanding customer support services environment.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts or schedules.
