Role Summary
We are looking for a Tech Manager with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to lead implementation integration and support initiatives across enterprise banking platforms. This role requires deep functional-technical knowledge along with team and delivery management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP implementation and support programs
- Manage technical teams delivery planning and stakeholder communication
- Oversee configuration integrations data migration and reporting
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and enterprise standards
- Drive issue resolution performance improvements and system enhancements
- Coordinate with business vendors and leadership for project success
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM / Oracle ERP
- Strong expertise in implementation configuration and integrations
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery and teams
- Knowledge of Payroll Finance or HR modules
- Exposure to banking or financial services domain
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools
- Prior onsite client engagement in the US
- Certification in Oracle Fusion modules
